The colors in this piece are just amazing. The contrast between the light and dark tones give this a really dreamlike quality - but without having that foggy dreamy look. Everything is so crisp and sharp. Absolutely love it
I am completely envious of the stunning landscapes you lucky Canadians have to shoot all the time. This is another great shot as I am sure you have been told already. Simply going to have to add you to my watch list. - see you around.
This photo is wonderful...love the barks of the trees and the golden yellow leafs on the sides of the wiggled road...but I just think it needs a little contrast so you can feel the colors more..specially the barks of the tree....I love the composition...the tree down in the road...as if showing life and death...(I tried the contrast on this photo and it makes a big difference)...but I must say..I do love it...
Gorgeous colors. The pale orange of all those leaves just look wonderful with the icey blue of the sky and stream.
The water cutting through the picture looks great, curving through all that orange, and going into the shot from underneath the fallen trunk.
All of the main subjects are wonderful of course, but the background also really catches my attention. You can see more trees and even a lake through the space of tree trunks in the front. It's so cool how far back this picture goes.
You really do take some of the best photographs I have ever seen. This reminds me of my house and the woods behind it. I love autumn though, it's one of my favorite months. Wonderful colors, especially in the pinks in the background. I also like how the tree cuts the foreground and makes it unpredictable. Beautiful capture.
Such an absolutely amazing photograph, i'm definetly adding this to my favorites! The scenery looks so perfect, it doesnt seem like it could be real... i love the fall colors and the little tint of pink in the sky peering out from above the furthest trees
This shot is definitely representative of autumn at its best. I love it when there are still leaves on the trees, yet enough of them have fallen off to make the ground the same color as the canopy.
The little stream in this shot is almost camouflaged, it blends in really well with the ground, and the shaded trunks of trees. This is a nicely framed, well-composed shot. The depth of field also works well... the way you can see the lake, blurred out in the background, adds the perfect touch to the shot.
