I've taken quite a break from deviantart and, well, photography in general, but it looks like I am back in action.  

The fall colors are showing here in Minnesota and I've got to take advantage of the season while I still can.....

Well, it's about time to fly to Alaska and drive a few thousand miles to South Dakota. Good times... I know .   

I've decided to go straight to Washington and stop in Olympic National Park and Mount Rainer National Park, instead of the Canadian parks in Alberta.  The waterfalls and lush greens should be peaking around the time I get to Olympic National Park.  I hope to have a bunch of new stuff coming soon.

  I will be flying up to Alaska towards the end of April and I will be driving from Alaska to South Dakota in early May.  I'm going to stop by several parks in Canada and the US, so far I have planned to visit: Kluane National Park, Jasper National Park, Bannf National Park, Glacier National Park, and Badlands National Park.  

Time is going to be an issue on this trip, so I am going to be doing some speed hiking/photography.
